A Bagful Of Treats From Superdrug
I was really excited this morning to receive a lovely package of 2 True cosmetics from the lovely people at Superdrug to test. Of all the budget ranges in Superdrug surprisingly enough I haven't tried anything from the 2 True range -so I am really excited to try it- I got a nice selection of items including some lipglosses, nail polish, eye pencil, bronzer and one of the most gorgeous blushes I have ever seen - it looks so pretty. I also got sent two Instant Length Black Mascaras and two Silver Glitter Mascaras so I will be giving one of each away as part of my 100 followers giveaway prize which launches next Monday. So don't forget to check back for a chance to win and for some reviews of these bargain 2 True cosmetics

Goodies Of The Day
I love parcels me so I was pleased to get a couple of parcels of goodies this morning. I have been desperately hunting some gold flip flops and a gold handbag to go with my purple Wallis dress so I was pleased to find these pretty leather flip flops on the Dorothy Perkins website
I also picked up a fab pair of earrings also from DP's - these match my Primark and Top Shop necklaces perfectly - another purchase for operation earring love :)
I also got this Top Shop bag from ebay BNWT for 99p - as nice as I think it is though it doesn't match the gold of the shoes, its more a platinum, pewter shade, so I have ordered another bag from Barratts that will hopefully be a better match
I also got a parcel of Nails Inc goodies which I ordered a week or so ago. You got all these items for a special offer price of only £10. From left to right - 3 Phase Nail Oil For Damaged Nails, Nail Colour - Selfridges First Floor a metallic brown/burgundy, Fast Dry Spray, Nail Colour - Friendly Selfridges - a great metallic copper shade, Nail Colour - Extraordinary Selfridges - a gorgeous french pink, and finally Brixton Nail Hardener. I am really pleased with this as I have none of the colours and I love Nails Inc nail oil
I have also got some more parcels coming which I am really looking forward too:)

Victoria Jackson Beauty
The final purchase from Tuesday's shopping trip was this Victoria Jackson beauty kit. I have to admit to admit I hadn't heard of Victoria Jackson until I read Laura's Bloggy Blog I was really impressed with her review and the pigmentation of the swatches. I was in WHSmith when I was approached by a lovely girl promoting the range - I was really impressed with the goodies and the price that I was offered - £30 for everything I got, so I thought it was worth a try - When I got home I checked on the Victoria Jackson website I realised how much I had actually saved
First of all I got this brush kit - this was different to Laura's
These aren't by Victoria Jackson but by a company called Makeover Essentials which is affiliated to Victoria Jackson - they are natural brushes and retail at the moment for $89 - faints!!!
I also got the Perfectly Paradise Tropical Lipgloss case - Laura got this too
These glosses are lovely - they all contain natural fruit oils, and come in different flavours such as coconut and peach - they are also super pigmented
These also contain a fabulous smooth, nude lipliner. This kit retails at $39!!!!
I also got the same the Eyes Have It Eyeshadow Kit as Laura - again this is super pigmented and the shadows are super smooth and are in really neutral, wearable colours
I also got the Silk Lip Colour Kit probably my favourite product in the set
This kit retails for $49.99 ! This kit really was a bargain when you look at the prices on the US website and the quality seems really good, as does the Victoria Jackson Beauty Tips book you also get - some really good tips in it. So next time you see the girls in Debenhams, or WHSmith (weird place to demo make up tho - lol)stop to take a look - yes the promo and spiel is cheesy but the make up isn't half bad :) I am a pleased LouLou with this lot :)

Body Shop, Boots and NYX - Haulage Part 3
Well here is part 3 of my mammoth haul.
First port of call was the Body Shop - I managed to pick up a few sale items which I was really happy about
2 x Shimmering Plum Bath Bubbles - I heart this fragrance, a Cranberry shower gel, and a Cranberry Body Butter - I love the Body Shop Christmas lines :)
I also picked up one of the new Body Shop Blush Trios in Cool Dusk - this is a mineralise type trio which is so, so pretty I really want some of the eye colours too
After watching and reading about the recent Body Shop bloggers event I also picked up the Soft Hands Kind Hearts Hand Cream. If you buy nothing else buy this hand cream - not only is it fabulous, moisturising with out being greasy and with a fab fresh herby smell which is great for men or women, £3.45 from the £5 purchase price goes to an organisation called EPCAT who along with the Body Shop are campaigning to stop child trafficking and child sex exploitation - a fabulous cause I am sure you will agree
Because I had spent over £30 I also got a super cute woven paper clutch bag and a double intensity mascara - result!
I also got a couple of bits in Boots - the L'oreal Elvive Nourish and Shimmer Highlights Shampoo, and the Soap and Glory i Foam Ultra Creamy Body Wash which smells amazing
I also wanted the Soap & Glory Peaches and Clean Shower Gel but I can't seem to find it anywhere and Boots online has sold out - Has anyone seen it anywhere?
Oh and Love Make Up were also kind enough to send my my lipgloss which was missing from my parcel - NYX Goddess of the Night Lip Gloss in 104 Sweet Heart what a gorgeous colour
Next post Victoria Jackson x

Hey I'm back I felt pretty awful last night so I decided to do this today - so sorry for any delay :) I am going to divide it in to what I picked up in each shop
to make it easier ;)
Primark
All the beauty items in my local Primark were half price so I picked up a few bits to try

These are supposedly long lasting a bit like the Bourjois ones - I haven't tried it yet but its a lovely silver / grey which is surprisingly pigmented
Trust Dust Mineral Eyeshadow - Lily 9120
A loose mineral eyeshadow in a dipstick like applicator in a shimmery silver / white
Superdrug
Barry M Lipgloss Wand in LGW2 - Toffee
Yummy is all I can say
Barry M Dazzle Dusts
DD27 Gold Iridescent
DD8 Silver Iridescent
DD44 Bronze
GOSH Soft N Shine Lip Balm- 30 Barbie
This looks so strong in the tube but its actually a really sheer pink
Sleek Chaos Palette
ME ME ME Shimmy Shimmers - Gold Shimmer
Exactly like Bobbi Brown Shimmerbricks - love these x
Collection 2000 Hot Looks Nail Polish - 12 Minx
GOSH Nail Lacquer 550 Purple Heart
This pic in no way does this justice an iridescent dark purple with green shot through it amazing
This post is getting a bit long and pic heavy now so I am going to do another post later to finish off my haul - Boots, Body Shop and Victoria Jackson to come x

Metro Centre Buys Part 1 - Clothes and Jewellery
Sorry for the delay in getting this up I had a pretty full on shopping trip yesterday and it has left me pretty drained and very, very sore - I am going to try and get the second part - cosmetics etc. up later but I will see how I feel - oh the joys of ME.
Anyways happier things - shopping! To be honest I was a bit blah about a lot of the clothes in store yesterday either the dregs of the spring / summer or the start of the autumn / winter lines - nothing really caught me eye that much. I love my cardis and my jumpers though so that may change as the weather gets colder (I say when it is flinging it down with rain here today!)So I only picked up a few clothes bits. I started off in Primark which was a nightmare - I normally try to avoid Primark when the kids are off school but as needs must. I got a few vest tops in black, white and purple -they are seamfree and are made of a fab slinky type fabric which will be great for layering - the black one is definitely coming away with me for under a dress that displays a little too much boobage lol. I also picked up a few swimwear and beach wear bits from the sales racks - I gorgeous black chiffon kaftan with sequin detailing for only £2, and a pair of striped bikini pants to go with an existing tankini (long story) for £1.00. I also got some lovely and cosy cream sleep socks for £1.47. I also got some gorgeous underwear sets which are really pretty and they are available in a D Cup and above - thanks for listening Primark. My biggest haul in Primark though was jewellery - I love Primarks fashion jewellery its always really reasonable and pretty on trend.
First of all I got this super chunky gold bead necklace - this is really similar to a necklace, and some bracelets that I already have from Top Shop and Dorothy Perkins -this was great value at only £1.96
I am also starting operation earring love at the moment - I am really getting back into big dangly earrings and Primark is certainly the right place for these at the moment.
I picked up these ones which are very like the ones my mum bought me from Superdrug only they are silver tone - sorry the pic isn't the best but they are so sparkly for only £1.47
I also got these pretty earrings also from Primark - a sort of gunmetal hoop in a fish hook fitting with gunmetal, purple and pink discs hanging from them - they were only £1.47
Finally I got these brass filigree teardrops - a steal at only 98p
Then I went to H&M - I have to admit I wasn't that impressed by too much of the clothing but I managed to pick up this lovely grey batwing sleeve slouchy jumper - perfect with skinny jeans
I also got another pair of earrings in H&M - these are soooo pretty - filigree again in a silvertone and black with a flower and leaf pattern
I also picked up another few pairs of earrings whilst I was out - I bought these two wooden pairs from Claires - I am planning on wearing these with my green Wallis dress with tan accessories
and this gorgeous pair from True Spirit at Superdrug
I have a little video on You Tube where I took about my jewellery bits in more detail so don't forget to watch and rate x
I'll try and do my cosmetics purchases later but if I don't I'll definitely see you tomorrow x
