2true Glitter Mascara Review

Photobucket

Apologies for the delay I meant to do a few posts over the weekend but I felt soooo rough I never got a thing done. Anyways I am still working my way through the mountain of 2True products I was sent a month or so ago. I must admit when I review a product I don't just use it once or twice I use it quite a few times to get a real feel as to whether or not I can recommend it and this product was no exception. One of the items I was sent in my package was the 2true Glitter Mascara in No 1 (Silver). I must admit this isn't an ever day product but its great for night out or for over the festive season. It's name probably says it all Glitter Mascara - it is a clear mascara base which is crammed full of fine silver glitter particles

2true say you can use it on its own (like I did) or over an existing mascara, I also think it would look fabulous say on the tips of a jet black lash.
I did find I had to pile it on because the glitter particles were so fine you can't see it too well in the first picture because of the light etc. but you can see it much more clearly in the second picture

If you want a stronger glittery look there are probably thicker glittered mascaras out there but the fine glitter makes it non irritating and not too bad to remove, although there was a little bit of fallout which I suppose can be expected. All in all a cheap product for the party season to give your eyes a bit of sparkle for only £1.91 from Superdrug stores

  1. I've never gone for glitter mascara before. Think I would perhaps pop this on the tips of a black lash like you said. Would be great for a Christmas night out.
