First of all I went to the Body Shop and picked up a few bits - Shea Body Scrub, more Cocoa Butter Body Butter, and some Merry Cranberry Hand Creme - I also got a free clutch bag (I already have one) and a sample of Lemongrass Foot Scrub
I also went to Lush and picked up a freshers box - these are really good value and give you the chance to try some new things
I chose my own contents and got a Fresh Cupcake Mask, a Mini Imperialis Moisturiser, some Toner Tabs, an Ultimate Shine Shampoo Bar, a Sugar Scrub, and some Figs and Leaves Soap, and some Honey I Washed The Kids Soap
I also picked up another Porridge soap
Some Jasmine Henna Fluff Eaze
Some Lemony Flutter Cuticle Butter
a Christmas Eve bubble bar
and a Let Them Eat Cake Lip Balm
I also unsurprisingly went to.. Superdrug I just picked up a few bits - Maybelline Colour Sensational Lipstick 720 Drive Me Nuts
I love the colour of this but it tastes a bit odd as though its gone off ??
I also picked a Revlon Matte Lipstick in 001 Nude Attitude
A Revlon Nail Polish in 025 Plum Night
I also got a 2true Twist 'n' Line Eye Definer Pencil in No8 Black - I have to say this is sooooo much better than the blue one I was sent - its much more pigmented and much softer to apply
Unlike this one - somebody recommended the Miss Sporty mini-me eye liner so I picked up 060 in Aubergine - this is exactly like the blue 2true one - you have to press really hard to got any pigment or colour :( Maybe some colours just produce different formulas?
I also picked up a bottle of rescue oil and this beauty from the Chanel counter - Nail Colour in 483 Vendetta - I must admit I was a bit argh when I got this home due to its similarity to Plum Night but its actually a bit darker and not quite as shimmery

That's true. Some colors change formulae due to their chemicals or even their nature.

I did notice that even if the item is the same some colors makes it harder, or not as smooth as other colors, and that was confirmed by a friend who is a chemistry graduate.
I guess that's why they're cheaper than others, because they don't take time to adjust their consistency adapting it to the color formulation...
