Weeks Beauty Haulage

I know I promised you this last night but I spent most of last night crying in pain. Carving my pumpkins and having a few days out had obviously been far too much for my poor muscles and last night my shoulders and arms gave up entirely. A huge whack of Arnica gel one of my hero products) and a vat of painkillers and I eventually managed some sleep. It isn't as bad this afternoon but I am going to take it easy and have a nice bath later. I am really fed up with my ME at the moment -there are so many things I want to do but I just run out of steam, and the things to do list gets longer and longer :(
Anyways on too much happier things I promised you a post on some of the beauty things I got this week :)
My first port of call on Thursday was Superdrug - I went purposely to get my hands on the new Sleek palettes

Sunset, Graphite and Acid :) Very pleased with all of these :)

I also picked up one of the new GOSH Smokey Eye Palettes

and a ME ME ME Colourama Long Lasting Cream Eyeshadow in No 1 Molten Brown and the other colour of the Jemma Kidd lipgloss free with Bodyform

On Friday I went to Boots:)
I had one of the £5 Ruby and Millie /No7 vouchers so I bought one of the No7 new concealer palettes

and I also picked up 3 bits from the Natural Collection make up collection which was on 3 for £5

From L-R - Lipstick in Candy Mist, Lipgloss in Raspberry Ripple, Lipstick in Apple Blossom.
I spent so much I qualified for another voucher - eek I think I may put it towards some Ruby + Millie brushes if I can get in to town before 8th November - hmm
Anyways onto the big discovery of the week in New Look of all places - Barbie make up! I noticed this on the shelves of Christmas gifts - it was pretty reasonable so I picked up a few bits
Smoky Eye Palette (I have bought a lot of these this week lol)

These are surprisingly pigmented for about £3-4

I also picked up the Rosy Glow blusher - how cute is this !

Definitely check this stuff out if you can get to New Look :)

I also got a parcel through from HQ Hair containing NARS eyeshadow duo in Cleo

I also ordered the Sheer Glow foundation but it was out of stock so I am counting down the days till it arrives x

ETA - I also got some China Glaze Nail Polish in Avalanche from US ebay - its gorgeous

    Which Superdrug did you get the Sleek palettes from? I haven't got anything from there before but liked the look of the graphite palette, couldn't see them in the Northumberland street store but thinking about it I may have been looking at the Gosh counter!

    @Becky - Metro Centre :) Northumberland Street is supposed to have Sleek too from last month but I haven't been in for a while -they are really pigmented and great value for under £5

    Oooooooh love love love your beauty goodies this week. I CANNOT get my mitts on those sleek pallettes in the metro centre hehe. I'll have to keep my eyes peeled!!

    I love the look of the graphite pallette. Would you say the greys in there swatch grey or blue? I'm having bother with greys turning icy blue on me and would love recs for proper grey/silver shades. The only one thats OK on me is GOSH called grey/brown, which I can reccomend, the only bother being its a bit more sparkly for the daytime than I'd llke.

    Ooooh I think I'm gonna be loving smoky eyes hehe.

    What colour lips do you do with greys/smokeys?I'm so stuck on this, not my usual look but fancy a change.

    @ GWTGT - Yeah I got it last one on the stand too lol - it's erm very bright I am going to need some serious playing with it lol
    @Layna - hey you :) I will pop some swatches of it all up for you so you can have a peak - I always go for a nude lip with a smokey eye to keep it neutral - if you were really daring you could do it with a red but thats really an evening look x

    Heeeeeeeeeey, I got the GOSH smokey eyes and the graphite pallette, I love it, some of the greys are a bit blue on me but not overly so
