Mothers Day Pics

Today if you don't already know is Mothers Day in the UK - a perfect opportunity to spoil our mums - I've certainly spoilt mine and I we've both had a great day just spending time with each other. As well as getting her some nice flowers and some gifts, I cooked her a nice meal - today I made Spinach and Ricotta Cannelloni


and the lovely Lollipop Loves - Raspberry and White Chocolate Cheesecake - I adapted it bit to make it gluten free, and add some blueberries




The pics aren't great but this recipe is fast becoming a real favourite in LouLouLand :) Finally we washed it down with a nice bottle of Soave - yum



Finally a picture of my mum - it was taken at my godmothers house last year :) She really is my rock and I don't know where I would be without her x Happy Mothers Day Mam xx
