Never Forget

Sometimes words aren't necessary, maybe this is one of those times - It's hard to believe that it's been 10 years since those awful events in New York, The Pentagon and in Pennsylvania, in the space of a few hours the world changed forever. It's one of those occasions in life where you will always remember where you were. I was working in a busy government department dealing with overseas customers, all of a sudden the phones just stopped ringing, from the phone ringing off the hook all day to a late afternoon of absolute silence, eventually we found out why and what was happening on the otherside of the Atlantic. It was a horrid feeling of utter shock and disbelief .  How anybody could carry out such unspeakable acts is completly and utterly beyond me. I will never forget that day and I will never forget the people that suffered and continue to suffer because of the events of  September 11th 2001 - You are always in my thoughts x
