Nails Of The Day - Fury Is A Fail

Apologies for all the nail posts at the moment but the light has been so bad its nearly impossible - I promise I'll try and get a few other types of post up this week but in the meantime it's time for another nails of the day post. It's not often that I buy a nail polish that disappoints, thankfully I didn't pay a lot of money for this one but still

The colour in question is Boots 17 -Fury - In the bottle it looks a beautiful gold shot through with green, in fact it has even been compared to Chanel Peridot, on the nails though it just looks plain gold, unless you really wiggle your fingers, and change the lighting , then you get the merest hint of green Not only that but the application wasn't the best either I had to use two coats to try and even out the streaks, but you can still see brush strokes -boo I've taken the pics without the flash so the quality isn't that good, but it is showing the true colour this way x


It's not horrible by any means I was just expecting a bit more from it. What do you think?

    I used 'Revenge' from them last night and the colour is gorgeous, but, 1 coat. No way

    @stitchinwitch - no this took two coats two, I have Revenge too so thanks for the warning x

    @Computergirl - no worries lovely it's such a shame it looked so nice on the bottle bit its just didn't work :(
