Budget Beauty Series - MUA Shimmer Kisses Blusher And Giveaway - CLOSED

A little while ago now I ordered a huge batch of goodies from MUA, and this was one of the goodies that I picked up.

The Shimmer Kiss / Kisses comprises of a blusher and a bronzer, I'm more of a blusher so I went for one the blusher - Pink Shimmer Kisses

The Shimmer Kisses Blusher comprises of 4 colours ranging from the palest of pinks, to almost mauve and coral shades.

The shades can either be used individually or swirled together as you can see here.

Unsurprisingly all of the shades in the quad have a bit of shimmer in therm but I have to be honest and say that this isn't as pigmented as I'd hoped. The ridged molding and design of the blush doesn't help to be honest you need to almost work the surface away the first time you use it to get some colour payoff

I'm pretty pale at the moment and this blush only offers the a small flush of colour to the cheeks, and on darker skins I would suggest it would be better used as a highlighter. The photos weren't taken in the best of light to be honest but hopefully this pictures will give you an idea.

Don't get me wrong this isn't a bad product by any means I just would have preferred it to be a bit more pigmented and show up a bit more on my skin. If your scared of blush though or if you want an all in one blush and highlighter this might be the one for you and for just £3 it's worth the risk

If you fancy trying this blush I have one to giveaway plus a little extra which you may have seen in my Birthday Haul video.

Cute huh? All you need to do is be a follower of my blog by any of the listed means, and for extra entries follow me on You Tube, twitter and instagram - all the details are in the sidebars. This giveaway is open worldwide and will run till next Tuesday - the 4th June.
