Thinking Slimmer - Slim Pod - Week 3



Hi Guys - yet again the picture says it all another 2lbs off  :) I have to say I was really, really surprised this week, as I've had ice cream and even a bar of chocolate- I guess I must be eating less than what I think I am.

After 3 weeks of using the Slim Pod, I'm an amazing 10lbs lighter. The programme doesn't really recommend weighing yourself but that's what is important to my GP and my hospital consultant, so I'm going to keep weighing in once a week. I know it's easy to become obsessed by the scales, but I really think that watching the numbers decreasing can give you a major boost and increased determination to carry on. The Thinking Slimmer philosophy is that how you feel and how your clothes fit are a better indication of success than the numbers on the scale and I have to say I am starting to feel a few difference clothes wise. My favourite jeans are looser than they were, and even my undies are starting to feel a lit bit more roomy, perhaps though the best thing that I've noticed so far is my stomach, it definitely doesn't look or feel as swelled as what it did.

I still have a long way to go to to reach the target that I've set myself for my holidays so I'm going to keep listening to my Slim and Chill Pods every night, to make me motivated, and so far so good I really think that it is helping.   1. Well done Louise. I have been off the dieting for a few days since my dad has been ill but I think its down to worrying about him. x
