Sore Muscles Be Gone! - A Chance To Win Courtesy Of Deep Heat x

I don't know about where you are, but over the last few days my little part of County Durham has a distinctly autumnal feel. The wind has howled, it's thundered, it's rained and it's cold. The cold means one thing to me - pain! for some reason my poorly muscles seize up in the cold, and I'm not the only one, Mummy Lou's aches and pains have returned too. Thankfully we have some heat on the way, in less than 3 weeks, we will be lucky enough to be warming our achy bits in sunny Cyprus.

I know not everyone is lucky enough to be jetting for some sun, so I have my fingers crossed that the Indian summer that everyone keeps promising us arrives sooner rather than later! Until then I guess I'll be digging out my TENS machine, and my range of Deep Heat products to keep the aches and pains at bay.
