Thinking Slimmer - Slim Pod - Week 22 - Part 2
So my first week back on the Thinking Slimmer ends with a maintain. To be honest I wasn't really that surprised. I've been hormonal and fluey all week and to be honest I've been all over the hot drinks and comfort food, and not really caring what I've ate.
I'm still feeling a bit rubbish but I'm definitely going to try harder this week. I'm still going to be listening to my new Slimpod and I'm going to try and up my physical activity this week which shouldn't be too hard as I've barely moved for a week x
