Thinking Slimmer - Slim Pod - Week 26 - Part 2

I've had another one of those weeks here in LouLouLand, where life and rubbish events take priority over everything including blogging and weight loss. Coupled with insane hormones again it's not a surprise that I haven't lost any weight.


Yes I've maintained again and I have to say I'm pretty happy with that. It always better to maintain rather than gain, especially when your heart just hasn't been in it.

My motivation seems to have got up and walked off into the setting sun at the moment - so this weeks task is to try and regain my mojo in all areas of my life. I'm going to try and put the bad things to the back of my mind and try to get on with things and get things done.

I've been listening to my Slim Pods religiously and I'm hoping that in the near future my motivation and determination will kick back in soon.
