Spring Time Nails Courtesy Of OPI - Planks A Lot

I don't know about where you are but here in my little part of Co Durham something very strange has happened over the last few days - the sun is shining! It's been so long since we've had any sort of light that I've been taking advantage and getting a few blog pictures done. I fancied doing a nails of the day post so I had a little look in my vast nail polish collection to look for spring like colours to match the sunny weather.

Although I received this polish, for Christmas I think it's the perfect colour for this time of year. OPI - Planks A Lot from the Pirates Of The Caribbean collection isn't a pale sugary lilac, it's more of a dirty lilac, perfect for when the weather doesn't seem to know what it's doing :)

It applies like a dream, the pro wide bush covered every nail in 1 stripe or less. It's pretty full coverage but I still used two coats for a perfect finish.
