Charlotte Tilbury Giveaway Winner Announced

Hi Guys x I hope you've all had a good start to the week x I know it's been the first week back at school or work for most of you so I hope it hasn't been too awful x Even if it has though, I'm about to hopefully make one of you very happy :) Festive giveaways are a bit of tradition on LouLouLand and this year I decided to giveaway the gorgeous Lipstick Charm set from Charlotte Tilbury.
